O'Brien Law, PC is a mid-sized, busy litigation firm with a diverse practice. We are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our Petaluma office (working remotely is welcomed) to assist in our growing caseload. Our practice areas include, but are not limited to: employment law, general counsel services, probate litigation, insurance defense, and general business litigation. Experience in any of these fields is a plus but not required.

We are looking for an attorney who likes to work hard, wants to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it. The ideal candidate has at least two-three years litigation experience. The attorney should expect to handle a fast-paced litigation environment including, managing a complete case load, writing reports, drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and preparing other legal documents. You will also be expected to take depositions and appear in court regularly.

The firm environment is laid back – jeans are allowed daily. We have good benefits with a health insurance program and 401k with matching. While we have a very busy practice, we hope our employees will enjoy coming to work!

MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN CALIFORNIA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
