is a staffing agency specializing in human services and healthcare. For 40 years we have been connecting caregiving professionals with agencies who support vulnerable and underserviced populations. Associate Recruiter
Responsibilities
  • Posting and managing job ads
  • Sourcing candidates using resume databases, social media, and other means
  • Conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Assisting HR with compliance and onboarding processes
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders including candidates, coworkers, and clients

Associate Recruiter Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales is preferred
  • Software proficiency (MS Office, ATS, Internet/social media)
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week at our Southborough office
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Human services, direct care, or medical experience is a plus

This is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per year-position. The normal work hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company. Arbor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
