Job Description: Associate Retail Shipping Clerk - Women's Fashion Ecommerce

Our e-commerce apparel brand is seeking a shipping clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling returns, shipping orders, folding and packing clothes, and attaching postage labels to send out orders. Items are women's clothing typically packed in small packages. No shipping palettes or heavy machinery is involved.

You will also be responsible for the stock keeping and inventory management of the products through our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities, and a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate would have a fashion retail associate background in folding or handling consumer apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Process returns, shipping orders, folding, and packing clothes
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and returns on clothing and fashion jewelry items
• Prepare and ship Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) box shipments
• Stock keeping and inventory management of products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Lift and move boxes and other items up to 35 lbs

NOTE: This is light warehouse work. There are NO forklifts or machinery used in this job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a fashion retail/sales associate environment preferred
• Bilingual English - Chinese Mandarin is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail in terms of accuracy
• Basic math, understanding of measurements of both imperial and metric scales (pounds & kilograms).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and shipping software to create postage labels

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
