The Associate Manager will act as a mentor and leader for members on our Account Management team. The Account Managers are responsible for filling open clinician positions for our client facilities across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key members of the Account Management Teams.
  • Demonstrate and effectively present knowledge and coordination experience within the industry.
  • Create a strategy for order fulfillment in order to maintain and grow their business which will include but it not limited to, weekly calls, reporting, marketing and presenting to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and streamline with team members in order grow their business, and their own desk
  • Build and maintain relationships with direct reports and management teams.
  • Educate and Train new and current team members about different service lines, internal operations and software.
  • Mediate challenges that can arise within the team dynamics and coordinate with other department leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to create SMART goals for team members

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independent contributor as an account manager
  • Preferred former leadership experience
  • Experience as a successful individual contributor.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and identify efficiencies to contribute to a solution driven team.
  • Ability to advise on organizational and structural desk management for high volume and strategic desks.

Compensation: Qualivis reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $48.08 to $60.09 hourly, which equates to $100,000 to $125,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Qualivis reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
