Position: Association Executive for Cecil County Board of REALTORS, Elkton, MD

Salary Commensurate with experience & skills

Job Type Full Time

Schedule Mon thru Fri 9:00AM – 4:30PM

Must be willing to be available some early mornings & late evenings occasionally

Some travel may be necessary

Seeking qualified full time position for an Association Executive to manage day to day operations at the Cecil County Board of REALTORS office with a membership of 500. The position requires management skills, technical skills, people skills, and administrative skills.

Specifics:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Knowledge of Constant Contact, Growth Zone, QuickBooks and other similar programs

Assembly & narration of videos for various ads, events, or submissions to promote the Board

Knowledge of social media to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

Responsibilities:

To familiarize and learn the Bylaws of the Board Corporation

Support the monthly Board of Directors meeting with preparation of agenda, financial reports, and follow up with tasks assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD)

Provides timely information for the Executive Committee for the annual budget meeting

Preparation and invoicing of annual dues and fees to membership

Assist Nominating Committee with slate of officers/directors for upcoming year

Updating and filing of Core Standards with national association

Member support via phone, email, in-person

Calendar management for Board office for BOD meetings, committee meetings, education classes, and other events as necessary

Directing & overseeing administrative assistant

Email Correspondence

Event management

Inventory & supply management, as necessary

Zipforms updates as necessary for membership contractual forms

Maintenance of Sentrilock lockbox membership & fees

Updating Policy Handbook as directed by Board of Directors

Acts as direct liaison with state association and national association

Ensures all funds, physical assets, and other Board property are appropriately safeguarded and monitored.

Administers and operates within the approved budget

Works with outside accounting company to remain in compliance with tax requirements

Works with Board Attorney as directed by BOD

Establishes positive working communications with respect for leadership and membership

Participates in the annual job review for Administrative Assistant with direction from Personnel Committee

Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
