Klap6 is seeking an Attorney who will assist with

- Healthcare

- Transactional business matters

- Research

- Contracts & review

- General legal matters

Klap6 is a young company spearheaded by experienced, industry-recognized professionals. Klap6 has been primarily in the field of Information Technology & Healthcare.

The ideal candidate must have 1 to 3+ years of experience and is courteous, committed, independent, ethical and willing to research, learn & follow through.

We estimate about 40% transactional business & general legal matters, 30% healthcare related matters and 30% contracts, documents, training, administrative tasks etc,.

We aim at providing flexibility to our staff, making it rewarding and enjoyable at the same time. The environment is supportive and the employee is empowered to perform at their highest level nurturing their unique talents & strengths.

Qualifications

- Law license and good standing with the Bar

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with multiple teams and provide sound advice

- Superior legal research and analysis skills

- Ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions

Schedule: Monday to Friday
