ATTORNEY. Workers´ Compensation (Atlanta, GA.)

Full Time - On site

Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate: $65K - $75K annually. (With the possibility to 90k to 110k with bonus and commissions) + Benefits.

Seeking Skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney with Georgia Law Expertise Do you have a passion for helping individuals and at least two years' experience in Georgia Workers' Compensation law? If so, we want to hear from you! Our law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team and manage plaintiff workers' compensation cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with clients, attend depositions, motion hearings and practice before administrative law judges (ALJs). Experience/Requirements:

• Full-time
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing required.
• 2 or more years of Georgia Workers’ Compensation experience
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented
