Leading Recruiting Agency specializing in Big Law Firm Partner placement, and Merging middle market law firms all over the US & Europe seeks a top notch, meticulous & "A Type" Researcher.
The ideal candidate will really understand BIG LAW and the practices major law firms hire for. For Example - the difference between Real Estate finance, and Real Estate M&A. Detail among practices at Top 10 global law firms.
Your duties will be overseeing operations of the Research & Development group.
You will obtain Job Search requests for partners from Elite firms through the CEO.
You will come up with a meticulous list of every candidate who falls within the search request. You will then oversee the team under you to make sure every person is hit on email, linked--In, and called by the team under you.
The team is based in Los Angeles & New York. Ideally someone who can be in-office in Los Angeles.
We would consider a small office in ANY California city, possibly New York.

Will consider Remote, though not preferred.
Requirements:
College Degree and top grades & research skills
JD degree (preferred) - and interest & very familiar with BIG LAW practices, but no interest in practicing law.
Meticulous Researcher
Experience in Sales, Big Law, or recruiting a plus but not required.
Pay: $75.0000 -$125,000 Depending on experience
College graduates considered but for less base than the above.
