Audiologist Opportunity!

We are looking for a Part-Time OR Full-time Audiologist for our San Juan Hearing Center Clinic in Farmington, NM who wants to be part of a dynamic crew of people striving to help our community hear their best.You want to change lives. Founded 1997, Montezuma Hearing Clinic has grown into a multi-state hearing healthcare clinic with Montezuma Hearing Clinic, Cortez, Colorado being the parent office. The other two primary locations are Durango Audiology, located in Durango, Colorado and San Juan Hearing Center in Farmington, New Mexico. We currently have two satellite offices in Utah.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred, will consider a master’s degree in Audiology;
• The ability to travel to other practice locations on occasion (for special events and/or training) and to the Durango, CO location as needed, likely 1x/week. (Transportation costs beyond daily commute to/from Farmington, NM clinic will be reimbursed);
• Active NM (also CO preferred) dispensing license or eligible for licensure;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Sound record reflecting honesty and integrity;
• The ability to contribute positively to a team environment;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care;
• A dedication to helping those with hearing loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, brain injury, as well as those who are not mobile or have limited mobility.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ($35.00 - $45.00 per hour) plus potential for results-based compensation plan after 90-days of employment;
• Paid holidays & PTO;
• Part-time or Full-time employment with a regular schedule (Monday to Friday (flexible) and possibly Saturdays, by choice of employee);
• High level of autonomy within role.
