We are seeking an audit professional with at least three years of experience in public accounting to become an integral part of our 190+ person staff in a full-time role. The owners and employees of our firm serve middle market North Carolina businesses and organizations throughout the state from our four office locations in Raleigh, Durham, CedarPoint, and Willmington.

Job Details

Audit Senior Associate (Essential Functions)
Experience auditing large privately held businesses, 401K plans, governmental entities, charter schools and nonprofits

Comprehensive knowledge of audits, and review and compilation work in a variety of industries.

Experience and knowledge of benefit plan audits.

Yellow book and governmental experience

Exposure to the Engagement trial balance software

Financial statement experience in the areas of hospitality, real estate, non-profit agencies, low-income housing, and construction.

Job Requirements
Current CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA certification
At least three years of experience in Public Accounting
Strong communication skills
Extensive technical financial statement expertise
