A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR

In this position, you are vital to the success of our auto repair shop! Your priority is to keep an open line of communication with both our customers and our technicians. When customers call in or visit in person, you greet them cheerfully. You discuss their current needs, respond to their questions, and schedule appointments. Committed to understanding the customer's needs, you actively listen and document their vehicle problems. Then, you prepare quotes and work orders for our technicians. You also manage billing. You take pride in providing top-notch customer service!
