A day in the life includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory, and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
• Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.
• Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.
• Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
• Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
• Assist the sales team as they complete the sales processes
• Work with the Team to establish guest relationships, and create a strong referral network.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments.

Team Easton employees act with honesty and empathy while presenting themselves with a positive attitude. They see problems as opportunities to make things better.

• Must be available Saturdays.
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• An MVR and background check will be conducted.

This position pays $15.00 per hour plus bonus incentives. This full-time position includes great benefits, employee discount on vehicle parts, and maintenance and much more.
