We're looking for 2 seasoned superstar sales consultants to join ur El Cajon Ford Team! (Bilingual - Spanish Speaker is a plus) Six Figure Income is possible at our store! It is all up to YOU! We give you the training, the inventory for you to sell; your bring the magic. Hiring Mgr will provide details during interview). We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, honest, hard working, and committed to great customer service. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, and we're seeking an expert negotiator with proven track record of closing deals.

Hours: As a sales professional, you can expect to work late nights and most weekends and holidays..

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Bilingual Spanish Speaker is a plus for our team but is not a requirement for the job.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

• This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge, lease/finance structures and customer .
• Create a welcoming and exciting car buying experience for all customers.
• Assess the needs of customers and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using the method that meets their needs, whether that be fully online, in-store or a combination of online and in-store.
• Become a product expert and ambassador for all El Cajon Ford products and services.
• Ensure a smooth and stress free buying experience for guests, from the first point of contact, to the contract and paperwork process, and finally delivery of their new vehicle.
• Review operating features, warranty and finalized paperwork with customers ensuring that they feel confident in their new vehicle purchase .
• Develop customer relationships and maintain prospecting endeavors that encourage repeat business and create lifelong El Cajon Ford customers!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
