We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Auto Sales Representatives to join our team! . While sales experience is a plus, it is not required! We provide training to all our employees and offer continued growth opportunities for those that have excellent talent, energy, and ambition to succeed!

Compensation includes base salary, commission and bonus

What will you do?

· Build relationships & create customers for life

· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their questions

· Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

· Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure guest satisfaction and referral business

· Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

What do you need?

· Applicants must be authorized to work in the US

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Integrity, a positive attitude And a strong Work Ethic Required!

· Commitment to continual learning

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

· Computer savvy and a strong communicator
