The ideal candidate should be able to confidently communicate to our customers the value of maintaining their vehicle for optimal performance, and have a proven track record with high customer satisfaction. Volkswagen experience is a real PLUS!

Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:
- Selling service labor and products
- Generating estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer issues
- Schedule appointments
- Superior customer service
Requirements of an Automotive Service Advisor:
- Volkswagen experience a plus
- Previous auto dealership experience a plus
- CDK (ADP) experience a big plus
- Strong selling skills
- Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
