Independent Firestone dealer is now looking for a qualified Service Advisor / Tire sales. Candidate must have knowledge in automotive service repair and tires. Bilingual a Plus and Must have good organization skills too. Direct personnel and good communication skills to work with customers. The role of the Automotive Service Advisor is to Assist Store manager, Sell Tires , Front counter sales, scheduling appointments, writing up work orders, cashing guest out, keeping show room clean.
Primary Responsibilities
*Ordering Tires/Parts and quoting repair orders for customer vehicles
* Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings
*Educate and Explain service recommendation to customers
*Assist Store Manager and Service Manager with operational duties
*Deliver professional and courteous customer service consistently
