As a Service Advisor, you are responsible to guide customers thru the repair process and ensure that every customer receives a truly exceptional service experience every time without fail.
Duties Include:
- Meet all service customers with a warm and friendly greeting
- Identify the customer's concerns and needs
- Offer a resolution and explain what the customer can expect
- Present customers with factory-recommended services
- Keep the customer informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Prepare all estimates and identify if repairs are covered under factory warranty
- Complete all billing
- Give a detailed explanation of all work performed
- Build relationships with customers
- Service Advisor Training
Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Experience is required
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality along with a desire to help others
- Be able to problem solve and think quickly on your feet
- Have a basic understanding of computers
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
