Due to a retirement, Knapp Motors in Blissfield, MI is currently looking for a quality individual to be part of our successful service team.

Qualified candidates for this position will be responsible for:

• Performing good communication with customers
• Providing prompt and efficient customer service.
• Prioritize services required.

Job requirements are:

• Customer service (greeting customer, answering phone, problem solving)
• Preparing estimates and providing options
• Keep customer informed on completion times and remained involved until customer's vehicle is picked up
• Meet company's service goals.

Candidate must have the following:

• Valid MI driver's license
• Computer proficiency
• Organized, dependable and motivated
• Previous service advisor and/or automobile service customer service experience preferred

This position offers:
