Automotive Service Manager
Aztec Ford is looking to hire an Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Goliad, TX!
Our Ideal candidate must have Automotive Dealership experience. Salary & compensation will be based on experience.
This role is responsible for leading a team of automotive service technicians to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers on a day-to-day basis. They will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of the service department to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operations in an automotive service department to ensure full compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Facilitate initial vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or services
- Communicate any required information to on-site technicians to guarantee accurate servicing
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers to gauge satisfaction and confirm that repairs and services were to their satisfaction
- Monitor productivity, proficiency, and efficiency of the shop and technicians
- Manage proper scheduling and assignment of technicians and service staff to keep a steady flow of work to the service department
- Keep the service department at a level that meets or exceeds manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Ford automotive service experience required
- Strong management/leadership skills are a must
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Outgoing, positive, energetic personality is a must
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic towards both employees and customers
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
