Vanguard Auto Group is searching for Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. Sign On Bonus available based on years of experience or manufacturer certification level or ASE certification level.

What you will do:

• Test drive vehicles, perform diagnostics to determine the cause of failure.
• Plan work procedure in cooperation with the Shop Foreman.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems...engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisor helping to inform customer of any necessary or additional services required.
• Provide an estimate of the time required for repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines and specifications.

What we expect from you:

• 3 years or more technician experience preferred.
• Understanding of GM warranty policies and procedures.
• Be a problem solver, self-motivated, focus on quality.
• Must have own tools.
