Watseka Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for experienced automotive technicians to join our team. A well-designed compensation pay plan will be discussed upon interview. We are in the business of selling new and used vehicles and providing exceptional service to those vehicles. Our Shop area is well organized and up to date with all equipment and special tools.

Job Expectations:

Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.

Use factory specifications as the standard in all repairs and service.

Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required

Have repair work finished in the allotted time.

Must be a team player, with great organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Keep your technical qualifications current.

Maintain a clean work area and assist with keeping the shop organized.

Complete proper paperwork for every job.

Must be able to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively.

Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.

Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
