You will teach them everything you know, so they can become certified technicians.
S.T.E.P. (Shorkey Technician Education Program) is a entry level technician position that mirrors a paid internship. We provide all the tools and knowledge to create their success. This automotive instructor will be the leader of this team in Georgia.
Must have vast knowledge of all automotive systems
Have the ability to teach your knowledge
Strong mechanical aptitude Demonstrated knowledge of automotive electrical systems required
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Have the ability to communicated clearly and effectively with individuals or in a group environment
Must have patience with others in their ability to learn
