Job Description:
At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary
Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents
Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions
Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures
May provide guidance to less experienced team members

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of operations or related work experience

Skills and Competencies
Data entry and typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

This role does require flexible hours as you may be asked to cover other shifts while associates are out of office.
1st Shift is 5:30am - 2:30pm
3rd Shift is 1:00pm - 10:00pm
