We are accepting applications for our Bank Operations Supervisor - Information Reporting located in Midvale, Utah. This will be a hybrid work schedule, in-office and at-home.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Supervise the flow of operations that support retail and commercial bank business and functions which may include; unclaimed property servicing and reporting, IRA servicing and reporting, legal processing, tax reporting, and various other regulatory reporting, etc.
- Ensure operating schedules, processing, and procedures are met and staff is adequately trained.
- Supervise staff, set work schedules, allocate and monitor work.
- Have authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendation, and terminations.
- Supervise a staff in providing efficient and effective services to customers.
- Review existing procedures and recommends changes when necessary to make sure area is efficient.
- Provide input for area budget and/or budgeting process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires a college degree and 2+ years of experience in banking, bank operations or supervision and/or management of departmental operational functions.
- A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Working knowledge of banking or banking operations practices, principles, applications, methods, policy, and procedures.
- Requires strong interpersonal, problem resolution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of, and capability to do the work of the group.
- Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
- Strong supervisory skills.
