Job description

The Teller Supervisor oversees daily activities of an experienced teller staff including scheduling and maintaining records of vault and teller cash balances. You will also operate a cash drawer daily to process customer transactions.

Primary job duties include the following:

• Supervise the teller staff and directing day-to-day operational activities within the teller area
• Train and develop tellers, complete annual performance reviews
• Maintain teller schedule and ensure proper coverage
• Perform periodic cash counts of teller windows and daily balancing of the cash vault
• Various cash and teller area audits on a quarterly and annual basis
• Various balancing duties including but not limited to ATM and various DDA accounts
• Ensure compliance with outside regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Assist customers with various account questions in person or over the phone
• Other duties and projects as needed

$2,500 sign on bonus paid after completing a 90 day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
