Banking Services Operations Associate

Duration- 6 + Months initially

Shift hrs: 1st shift

Description:

• We're looking for someone to coordinate across Product teams, branches, operational teams to process exception request batches daily.
• On top of this coordination and operational function, we need these resources to assess exception request situations and continuously keep a pulse on which products are available to meet the request and which pricing levels are appropriate for the situation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform skilled clerical duties requiring simple analysis and expanded use of judgment within assigned banking services department.
• Perform exception processing and research. Assist in resolution of complex issues.
• Interact with vendors in support of procedural issues.
• Interpret legal and bank documents for internal processing.
• Responsible for performing tasks in a manner that are compliant with applicable laws and regulations and/or that serve to help the company follow laws and regulations that apply to the business line the position supports.
• Responsible for multiple system, business, and product lines.
• Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School or GED. No experience required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• 1-2 years of work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
