Summary

Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs. CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Barista will work onsite at EWR Airport.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to all guest questions, orders, and concerns
• Maintain superior coffee knowledge that can be communicated to guests
• Sample coffee and tea every shift to maintain quality and improve product knowledge
• Restock and maintain food, beverage, and merchandise displays
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. in weight
• Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
