Express Kafeh (expresskafeh.com), a Mobile Espresso Catering Company is looking for experienced freelance baristas to join us in this unique, demanding yet rewarding role as an Event Barista. We have part time, full time, and shift positions available for those based in South Florida, specifically the Fort Lauderdale area.

IMMEDIATE HIRING: We will be conducting interviews this week and our next event is scheduled for Tuesday March 28th to Thursday March 30th in Fort Lauderdale.

Requirements:

• Barista experience on a manual espresso machine and a separate grinder – is a must
• Outgoing friendly personality, good people skills & a strong work ethic are extremely important
• Desire to provide exceptional hospitality and services to clients and guests
• Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
• Must be responsible, able to honor schedule commitments and be on time as scheduled
• Creating a positive client/guest experience by delivering a high level of service and engaging guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance and professional attire is required. No visible tattoos please
• Full-time position - Flexible scheduling – Early Mornings, Late Nights, Weekend and Holiday hours will be required
• Part-time position will have hours available as needed and agreed to by employee
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time; most shifts are 6 to 8 hours
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated
• A can-do attitude with a warm personality.
• Valid US work permit
• Driver’s license – a major plus
