You will be in charge of taking drink orders, recommending beer and wine, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, preparing bar snacks from our small-plates menu and maintaining the bar area so it is clean and sanitary at all times. This is a part-time position, working 18-24 hours per week. Our Bar is open every night from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (closed on Sundays).

$10 per hour + tips

• Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management.
• Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations
• Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
