Bragging Rooster Beer & Mead is looking for Full/Part-time bartenders in Warrenton, NC. We are a brand-new location ready to build the best team for craft beverages. We are looking for people passionate about the industry and who will be brand ambassadors in and out of the taproom.
Available shifts:
- Night shift, Day shift, Weekend availability, Holidays
Hours of Operation:
- Sunday – Wednesday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
Pay: From $7.25 per hour plus tips
We are seeking a candidate who must be:
- Passionate for serving our customers with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- 21 years of age or older
- Dependable
- Responsible to work around alcohol
- Able to work 8 hours on their feet
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Focused, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with a team as well as independently during absence of a supervisor
We would love to find someone with:
- Craft beer experience
- Knowledge of bar operations
- Great communication skills
- Arryved POS experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete annual NC ABC training
- Check customers' identification to ensure age appropriate
- Serve beer, mead, wine, and sell merchandise
- Interact with customers
- Clean and sanitize bar, glasses, equipment, taproom area, and bathrooms
- Handle money
- Use a point-of-sale computer (tablet) to start, update, and close tabs
- Educate guests about beer and/or mead styles being served and make recommendations
