ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Grover Electric and Plumbing Supply has been a favorite of Do-It-Yourselfers since 1954.

We pride ourselves on providing Excellent Customer Service, the type of service you would’ve come to expect – product knowledge, friendly service, expert advice, and genuine interest in taking care of customer’s needs.

Advises customers on lighting fixtures, bulbs, ceiling fans, tubs, toilets, lavatory sinks, and related items. Explains features of various brands and methods of installation. Applies knowledge of design and layout to provide the proper lighting levels for customer’s needs. Prepares and prices special order items using computer or tablet for merchandise not currently in stock. Prepares sales invoices. May deliver and load orders to customer vehicle. May build and/or assemble light fixtures, places and prices new merchandise on display. May examine defective articles returned by customer to determine if refund or replacement should be made. May take inventory of stock and order merchandise. Operates office equipment, such as computer, tablet, printer, fax machine, calculator and scan gun. Operates store equipment such as pallet jack and other material handling devices. Performs periodic cleaning (including changing bulbs), of lighting department and displays. Regular attendance and work on weekends is required. Scheduled days off may vary. Performs other duties as assigned by management
