Overview:

Are you close to finishing your ABA Master's Program to sit for the BCBA exam?


We’re Hiring RBTs to become a BCBA Apprentice in Dallas, TX!


Qualifications

  • Master Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field – REQUIRED
  • Active RBT Certification – REQUIRED
  • Reliable transportation - REQUIRED
  • Active BCaBA Certification – PREFERRED
  • Minimum of 75% of BACB Supervision requirements completed
  • Completed all education requirements to obtain BACB Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload
  • Support BCBA and provide staff and caregiver training
  • Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data
  • Research literature related to client programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others
