We have 2 locations in Ponte Vedra with campuses close to the beach and Guana preserve. We share facilities with two private schools which are designed to optimize learning and development.. Our BCBAs oversee and drive ABA treatment development in a unique and collaborative setting. Mandala offers a vast network of internal collaboration opportunities with other BCBAs, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers, and other related professionals. Job Description Highlights:

• Manage Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for a small caseload of children with varying exceptionalities, ages 0-12 years old, including the management of direct care staff (i.e., Behavior Technicians).
• Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of therapists.
• Oversee and manage all insurance authorizations.
• Assist with training of staff.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs.
• Conduct program design functions during regularly scheduled client meetings.
• Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for and attend client educational meetings and develop treatment recommendations.
• Train clients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family; respond to guardian questions in timely and professional manner; minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions.
• Maintain minimum billable client treatment requirements
• Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel/administration, and outside service providers
