Job description
We are looking for a top BDC Director to lead our team of 16-20 BDR’s. We have multiple locations with 11 stores and growing.
Business Development Center Manager Compensation: $100k-$180K
As a Business Development Center Director, you’ll:
· Coach salespeople and BDC representatives on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
· Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
· Attain a minimum performance of sales ratio from incoming calls
· Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
· Be the lead communication conduit between Sales managers, BDC, and Sales People
· Manage all in-bound customer leads through CRM Management and convert leads into sales at a 20%+ Lead Conversion ratio.
Business Development Center Manager Additional Responsibilities
· Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive BDC reps
· Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
· Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
· Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
· Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
· Provide training and support to the sales staff
Business Development Center Manager Qualifications
· Previous automotive management and/or Automotive BDC experience is required
· Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
· Desire to manage a team and provide feedback to improve growth
· Self-motivation and the ability to pick up new information quickly
· Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
· Online tech skills to assist with advertising and familiarity with tools and sites common within the industry
· Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
· Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
· Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
· Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
· Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
