The After School Group Leader is responsible for the nurturing and development of each child enrolled as well as the execution of a developmentally appropriately planned and safe and secure program. The Group Leader actively participates in the day-to-day activities of the program.

You have an interest in working in education, social work, childcare, at a non-profit or a related field. You may be or are seeking to become a teacher, trainer, administrator, program director, or you may want to build a career based on leadership, organizational skills, and to build upon the ability to work with groups of people. Before & After School Programs allow for part time, flexible jobs that are perfect for recent college grads, part-time college students, retirees, and anyone who's taking a gap year or seeking meaningful work.

• 
  Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent to meet Group Leader Qualifications through the Department of Early Education (those under 18 may be considered for Assistant Group Leader positions)
• A minimum of 3-6 months prior experience working in a school-age program (grades K-5) is highly preferred
• Consistent morning and afternoon schedules Monday - Friday 7am to 9am & 2pm to 6pm
