Hiring for the position of behavioral interventionist to implement in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with children with autism. You will have the opportunity to work under the direct supervision of a behavior analyst on unique cases. CTLC works diligently to attend to the needs of our staff as well as the clients we serve. We provide a caring, supportive atmosphere for those at our company.
This position is ideal for students and professionals looking for work. Sessions are mostly scheduled during morning/afternoons and early evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a behavior specialist.
- Engage in interventions in natural settings such as the home, school, and community.

- Willingness to provide high-quality programming for children and families.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating prompt follow-up to inquiries from families and staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
We Offer:
- Comprehensive training.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Competitive wages.
- Compensation for travel time.
- Supervision for BCaBA and BCBA hours.
- Close supervision from highly experienced psychologists.
Our services are not limited to ABA programs; we offer a wide range of educational, behavioral and psychological services. If you are interested in the field of psychology and want a broader experience than most ABA companies offer, you will find opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills. We work with a variety of clientele, including families affected by autism, feeding disorders, language delays, and other special needs.
To be clear, this is an Associates or Bachelors level position (please no Ph.D.s). Master's level clinicians also wanted for an ABA/Project ImPACT hybrid position. Work occurs mostly in the child's home with parents present, therefore you will have to drive to different locations in San Diego County. You will need to complete training and build a case-load, so part time hours build over several weeks.
