Trumpet Behavioral Health specializes in providing exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy. You will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA.

Requirements:
- Available full time Monday - Friday 8AM-6PM, part-time Monday-Friday 3PM-7PM, or part-time/flex schedule 3 or more days/week Monday-Friday 3PM-7PM
- You have access to reliable technology and internet connection conducive for successful remote training.
- You have experience and are comfortable navigating hybrid training (remote and in-person)
- You have experience working with children in any capacity and have a natural passion to serve others
- You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- You have reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the service area.
- Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and Technician support

- As a Technician you will work with goals such as teaching appropriate play skills, social skills, communication, and self-help. If you were provided training, can you assist patients with personal care routines? (i.e: Brushing teeth, dressing, toilet training, etc.)
- Do you have access to a reliable means of transportation to commute and attend patient sessions on time? (In this role you will be commuting to the patient's home, where public transportation may be limited, rideshare and other transportation expenses are at your own responsibility. Commutes may range from 20-60 minutes depending on the time of day and transportation method.)
- Do you have a Registered Behavior Technician Certification? If so please add your certification number.
- We offer different schedules; Full-Time M-F 8am-6pm, Part-Time Monday-Friday 3PM-7PM with evening differential and a flexible schedule of a minimum of three evening shifts per week Monday through Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm. What days are you available to work?
- Compensation is based on shift schedule, education and ABA experience. The pay range is $20.00-$28.50. Is this an acceptable range for you?
