First Children Services is currently seeking
Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! We are a family operated and family-focused organization with a mission to provide life-changing care to the exceptional children we support.
Our STRIVE Autism Care Continuum is a multi-site psychological, counseling, and ABA center serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. At STRIVE, we provide diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based psychotherapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral parent training, and outreach, training and consultation to schools, agencies, and the community. We are a passionate, diverse and dynamic group of team members; unique for our collaborative spirit and strict adherence to high-quality, evidence-based practice.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children with autism and behavioral challenges.

Patience and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well with others and independently.

Access to reliable transportation; willingness to commute.

Ability to follow client specific goals in a clinic/school/home setting.

Document sessions through our electronic data system.

At least one year of caring for others at some capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or ABA for school district/HS Diploma for clinic/home setting.
