Job description
The admissions coordinator facilitates patient admissions to inpatient psychiatry, partial hospital programs, and psychiatric ambulatory services including TMS and ECT. Responsible for phone contacts with both patients seeking admission and with referring providers. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, colleagues and insurance providers to facilitate appropriate admissions in an efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining appropriate record keeping while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Human Services or related field preferred.
Experience: At least two years of mental health experience required

Schedule: Full Time, evening shift, weekend rotation
