TMS Therapy was FDA approved in 2008 and has been proven to be the safest, most effective, and durable treatment available for depression and OCD. Our patient base is primarily treating for Depression & Anxiety but can include other indications, such as: OCD, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Depression, and more. We commonly treat adult patients but also treat ages 12+.

The Treatment Coordinator Position:

The Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we are staying the course with our mission through providing excellent patient care.

The Treatment Coordinator is a highly trained technician who administers daily TMS treatment. Their responsibilities revolve around patient needs and the daily treatment. This includes handling of the treatment equipment, patient documentation and tracking, scheduling, and excellent customer service to meet our patient's needs.

The Treatment Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and dedication to our mission. We are looking for those who have a desire to help build on our foundation as a team to heal our communities and have the patient’s best interest in mind.

Candidates for this position are required to have access to instant and reliable transportation and no issues working within our operating hours. (Operating hours may vary between locations). Our average hours of operation are Monday-Friday. This is a full-time position requiring 32-40 hours per week with some possible over time depending on need and patient load.

Our comprehensive training program is proven to transform candidates with little or no previous experience with TMS Therapy, into fully knowledgeable and certified Technicians who provide excellent daily treatment for our patients. Our training program far surpasses the industry standard, as we involve a group atmosphere and a dedicated Trainer. Training consists of both lecture in a classroom setting and hands-on experience that leads to a final certification. During training, travel is required to work at our different sites; therefore, reliable and instant transportation is required for this position.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

Treatment Coordinators will oversee patient care and perform TMS Treatment, provide communication and assistance with doctors, conduct clerical support duties, complete special projects and other duties assigned by the TCM/Operational Management; and maintain the clinic location.

RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:

· Administer accurate treatment by verifying and re-verifying system measurements, monitoring treatment accuracy, and ensure that the coil remains within contact parameters during treatment

· Provide patient safety and comfort by reporting patient symptoms regularly to TC Manager and doctor, observe hand movement, manage and tend to patient’s comfort during treatment

· Communicate and follow-up all questions by patient regarding their treatment

· Communicate any issues or concerns the patient is having with TC Manager and doctor

· Communicate any patient symptoms, treatment adjusting parameters, emergencies, progress, and prescription updates to the TC Manager and/or Doctor

· Maintain and communicate patient’s schedule and follow-up visits

· Provide patient education through patient flipbook, reinforcing comprehensive care

· Provide professional patient boundaries and reinforce proper patient expectations of treatment

· Stay current on insurance updates and communicate information to patient

· Ensure that the highest level of confidentiality is maintained at all times protecting patient ePHI

· Ensure professionalism is conducted with all patients

· Accurately set up patient information, updates, treatment, medications, diagnoses, rating scales, and daily notes into systems

· Ensure accurate and timely patient tracking and documentation are entered into system

· Prepare for all new patient start

· Ensure that all required reports and tracking reports are completed and turned in on a timely manner

· Ensure patient has completed all necessary paperwork when treatment is completed

· Collect payments from patients

· Exceptional Work Attendance is required to adhere to patient’s daily schedule and provide their needed care

· Assist with insurance by gathering any data required by the insurance team, obtaining medical records, faxing, mailing, and emailing insurance carrier

· Maintain the clinic location by ensuring that rooms are cleaned and organized

· Maintain inventory

· Perform daily opening and closing procedures

· Build skillset of alternative and advanced treatment setups and protocols

· MT Lead certification

· Any other projects assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Experience in the Healthcare industry

· Experience working in a Mental Health facility

· Have a valid Driver’s License

· Exceptional Work Attendance
