Current opportunities through WorkLB:
Behavioral Therapist (Entry Level with Training)
Services are provided to the consumer to address skill deficits and behavioral excesses using a variety of behavior analytic strategies. There services involve interacting with the consumer, implementing intervention plans, keeping ongoing data and adjusting contingencies to affect targeted behavior positively.

Payrate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: M – F, 7:30am – 3pm OR evening shifts

Perks: No experience necessary - 50 hours of PAID training
Requires: Driver's License, High School diploma or GED, passed Live Scan background check
(upon hire)

Everyone working through WorkLB is a W-2 employee with protections, benefits and a Long Beach based work advisor. It can help you towards regular hours of work, if that's what you need, or hours that change day-to-day depending on your availability.
