The Sirata Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a Bellman to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for collecting and delivering luggage, assisting guests with their luggage as needed and monitoring the condition of the lobby and entrance. We're looking for a professional Bellman that is capable of working independently, multi-tasking and coordinating with other staff members effectively. Must be able to stand for long shifts and navigate the property by foot. Flexible availability. Full time or part time positions available. The bell service staff is of critical importance to our hotel, as they are the first and the last people that a guest interacts with. The bell person's job is to greet guests, direct them to the check-in desk, carry the guests baggage to and from their cars and rooms, and educate guests on the contents and features of the hotel, guest rooms and the local area. They also store guests' luggage after they have checked out if they are not leaving immediately as well as arrange for local transportation when requested. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. The bell staff also works with housekeeping to ensure the lobby area is free of trash and debris. Must have outgoing personality! Must be able to WOW the guests with charm and personality!
