Better Trucks is one of America's fastest growing start-up delivery companies. We've built a terrific team and we're looking to add to our existing talented and hardworking workforce. In 2020, Better Trucks launched its own delivery services for retailers and fulfillment centers, offering same day, next day and 2-day delivery. Our deliveries now take place in 25 metros across 15 states with 30+ additional metros coming online throughout 2022 and 2023.

Here is where YOU come in. We are seeking independent contractors, delivery driver partners, for our residential delivery team. You get to enjoy the flexibility and luxury of delivering packages in your own vehicle, as a Better Trucks "SHIFT" Driver.

The Delivery Drivers will be responsible for making small package deliveries to homes, apartments, and businesses in the Fort Worth metro area.

• Drivers are paid appropriately by the number of packages that are successfully delivered.
• Drivers must take at MINIMUM 50 packages.
• All packages must be attempted, with any "failed" packages returned to the station before executing payment.
• Payment is done through Direct Deposit ACH
• Drivers are paid the same day to the next morning for their route completions
• Larger vehicles are highly desired (but not required)
• Sedans, SUV's, Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans, "Closed" bed pickup trucks are acceptable
• W9/1099 Requirement

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a working vehicle
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must undergo a background check
• Must have an iPhone or Android Smartphone
• Must have a smartphone charger
• Must be computer literate and able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with scanner
• Must treat everyone with respect
• Must treat packages with care
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Hub Pick-up location: Providence Dr, Fort Worth, TX, 76106 (Full address given later)
• Hub arrival / wave-time: 9:00 AM
• Payout: $100 to $250+

Onboarding Process and Driver Registration Process:

(1) Fill out the New Driver Registration by clicking on "Apply on Website" at the top of this post.

(2) Download our smartphone app (link provided on our registration page upon registration)

(3) After our team reviews your submission, you will recieve information about how to compete "Openforce" enrollment.

(4) You are all set, and will receive a text message and/or email that you are good to go.

*Payments are issued same-day, through the Better Trucks Shift App. Depending on which type of ACH ability your bank has (RTP, same-day, or next-day), your funds will show up instantly to 1-2 business days from when the payment was issued. Those that belong to a bank that has RTP ability, will see the payments hit instantly, even on weekends, except a federal holiday
