Pay is up to $26/hour!

Brighter Heights Maine offers a full or part time BHP position working with clients in the Biddeford/Sanford areas. Client requires a female staff. Our BHPs work in our clients homes, using ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis. Full training and a $500 bonus is offered to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician!

Pay: up to $26/hr

Hours: Part time hours average about 20 a week and could be more depending on the number of clients. Morning, after school hours (3-8pm) and both morning and afternoon hours are available.

BHP qualifications:

Education: high school diploma or GED

Experience: Must be female, At least one year of experience as a BHP with children. Experience in section 28 or section 28 specialized is preferred.

Licensure:

• must have BHP certification
• must be willing to undergo additional paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician
• must have drivers license and reliable, insured vehicle

BHP Responsibilities:

• BHPs partner with our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to work with clients with developmental disabilities, aged 3-21, in our Specialized Rehabilitative and Community Supports (RCS) program
• BHPs will have training to become a RBT (registered behavior technician).
• BHPs teach and support clients in learning the skills to make sure they and their families are successful.
