Differential Response Program is a coordinated partnership between Santa Clara County, Seneca, and community-based service providers to serve children and families with risk factors that put the child at risk of court intervention. Services are intended to be short-term and intensive for an average of 6 months per family with the goal of maintaining children safely in their home. Differential Response's goal is to to find parent education classes and supports, one-on-one parent coaching, advocacy, counseling & help to coordinate care. Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy for clients and families

Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client treatment plans, behavioral programs and interventions

Chart mental health notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain close communication with other providers involved with the family to design, implement, and monitor treatment planning for clients

Communicate with outside professionals involved with clients as needed

Meet weekly with other clinical staff for team supervision/case conference and present cases on a rotating basis

Attend weekly individual supervision meetings and all relevant trainings

Participate in on-call rotation as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work required
- Eligible to register with the BBS (Associates or Licensed)
- Bilingual in Spansh and English

Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other State/Federal licensing or certification requirements

Obtain fingerprint clearances with the DOJ and FBI in addition to other regulatory requirements

At least 21 yrs. old with a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Ability to successfully engage with families

Own vehicle, California driver’s license and insurance
PREFERENCES
- Experience providing direct services to clients!
- Full-time; Monday - Friday
- flexible working evenings and weekends.
- Starting at $80,000 - $94,000 per year. Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.
- Additional $4000 salary increase upon licensure.
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
