Job description

MUST: Have experience being a receptionist in a medical setting (Behavioral or physical)

A Tender Love and Care Foster Family Agency is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Trained as medical assistant
  • customer service
  • Auditing files and tracking document
  • Preparing client packages
  • Preparing office binders
  • Maintaining files
  • Assisting with receipts and other financial transactions
  • Manages visitors
  • Coordinates with outside agencies, vendors, city, county and state
  • Other Client related tasks identified from time to time
  • Conduct training as needed
  • Monitor visits
  • Provide support to other staff and visitors
  • Maintain the facility clean and presentable at all times
  • Provide verbal and written English/Spanish translation during meetings, trainings, and for documentation etc
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet program a must
  • Self motivated and understand performance requirements
  • Clean DMV and background required
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish is a MUST)
  • Setting up appointments for clients and parents.
  • Run errands as needed
  • other job duties as needed

Job Type: Full time position in Moreno Valley .

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
