Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish)
Full and part time positions available
Job Summary

** Candidates must live within 10-15 miles **

** Must be bilingual in English & Spanish **

JOB DETAILS:

Positions will run from January, 2023 through Mid April, 2023. Possibility of becoming permanent position

* Clerical duties. (Answering calls, faxing, emailing, filing, scanning, copies)

* Providing Information to Customers

* Greeting Customers

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas and Spreadsheets)

* Must have good grammar and be able to write letters in Google Docs or Microsoft Word in English and Spanish

* Attention to Detail in order to make reports.

* Handling Payments and Transactions in Quickbooks* (Experience in Quickbooks is a plus)

Looking for someone with an outgoing personality to greet our clients as well as a team player to assist the staff with clerical duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
