Bilingual Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Seeking applicant for a full-time receptionist/customer service representative position in an independent insurance agency.
PTO, including 11 paid holidays after 90 days! Hiring for our Ogden location but must be willing to fill in at our Clearfield office if needed. Pay depends on experience. Bonus incentives and opportunities for growth within company.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Office experience preferred
- Self-Motivator
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Helping walk-in clients
- Working with clients and helping with billing and other insurance related questions
- Processing payments
- Other duties assigned
