The DCA Human Capital Team focuses on all aspects of talent management: recruiting, human resources, learning & development, compensation & benefits, retention, employee engagement, safety, and compliance.

We are experiencing rapid growth and adding this newly created position to our team! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist who demonstrates strong networking skills and proven success in full cycle talent acquisition. The successful candidate will have the right mix of discipline to follow our proven process as well as the intuitive ability to read people so we’re always putting the right person in the right seat. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Attract, source, recruit, screen, and onboard top-tier candidates for key roles and select open positions within the organization.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees have a best-in-class experience with the company.
  • Networking: Represent the company, through networking, for the purpose of recruiting new candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strongly Preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written
  • Required: Strong work tenure: Three or more years of experience in a recruiting role and/or in a support role of talent/recruiting
  • Required: Proficient in technology. Emphasis in MS Office, Job Boards, and social media
  • Preferred: Knowledge of tracking systems and recruiting tools/resources
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ADP Workforce now highly preferred
