The Bilingual Field Trainer spends approximately 80% of their time in the field, responsible for teambuilding and development of Team Leaders and Team Members. This role also is responsible for controlling costs and maintaining high quality that exceeds The Maids standards and more importantly the customers standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams in the field and ensures arrival and departure times are adhered
• Determines staffing requirements, and participates in the recruiting efforts with the General Manager
• Reviews daily schedules and prepares Team Leaders for the day
• Holds daily meetings with Team Leaders
• Maintain open lines of communication between the customer, Team Leader and the office
• Motivates members of a group to work together to accomplish work
• Observes and evaluates employees performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications
• Oversees training and coaching of new and existing team members
• Manages supplies and equipment inventory

Requirements

• Associate's degree and/or minimum two years of experience supervising or managing a department
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships through strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to train, lead and manage multiple 3 to 4-person cleaning teams
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual required – English/Spanish
